wel i guess it depends on what kinda job u have

4example i run a thrift store

like a corporate one k

&its very low budget they dont give us computers

so i have 2write out instructions 4the other managers

i end up writ'n bout 2pages a day!

sometimes more if i realize it looks like complete crap

&have 2do it over

ive had other jobs where mosta my writ'n was jus notes 2myself

on the counta computer'n

computers are ruin'n handwrit'n

I challenge you to find real, credible proof that bad penmanship is linked to a poor work ethic and ability.

Also there aren't "girl jobs & boy jobs" like you say.  Many federal and state laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, outlaw the discrimination based on gender.

i have to write with a pen all day long at my job...i'm thinking of writing in cursive more because printing neatly takes me way too long. my handwriting is already a strange hybrid of the two, anyway. i'm just afraid it may become totally illegible.

ive found it ive hired ppl who write like crap & they usualy are crappy

so now i hire ppl who dont write like crap & its worked out so far

& i used 2hava fren who was not smart &toly crapy worker &she would

have me fil out her job aplicatoins cuz even she knew ppl wouldn thire her

&that was like 25yrs ago

so anyways

listen yer not gon ahire a girl 2empty trash cans that are bigger than her

sure theres laws &what not but in reality

u hire boys 4jobs &girls 4jobs

its not so much discrimination as it is match'n ability

u just reminded me of the attorny i used 2work 4

he would hand write letters 3pages long on legal pad alrite

&havfe me type it out &every once in a while i would be like wtf is that word

&i would guess &then he would be like gimme my notes back
&then sometimes even he would be like idk what i sed

No.  Anecdotal evidence proves absolutely nothing.  If you want to make a claim like that, you should be able to back it up with proof, not some irrelevant personal stories.

Also, I thought these sexist attitudes were supposed to have died out around the late 1990s.  I guess I was wrong.

based on yer body strenght

now if a 6'5 woman w/some muscle was like

I'm an engineer.  My handwriting's not great, but it gets the message across.  I would argue that my handwriting is much easier to read than your typing, but that is both subjective and irrelevant.

Alright. If you want to play fair, you need to put it in the job description (example: must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis).
