Not an idiot - you beat me to posting something about this since I was going to post something about it today [short day at work again].
Yeah, I'm actually currently doing something about that that should pan out by the end of the week because, as you pointed out, the response to it has been less than fulfilling. I would recommend that if there's anyone still interested in participating in that contest thread to do so as much as possible within the next few days. When I lock it, it's closed and something will happen. Something. <.< >.>
The long / short of things is that I've never forgotten about it but a series of unfortunate events kept me from bumping that thread every single day to keep people involved. In Dec. '10 I ended up in the hospital with heart problems and my apartment [particularly my bedroom] had to be completely trashed and redone due to mold. Over the past year, I've continued to have on again / off again health issues which end up zapping a lot of my strength which sorta lent itself to not updating things from the last time I posted anything in there. -.-; It became one of those things where if there's a possibility that I'm going to fall asleep sitting in front of the computer, I'd rather be posting something nonsensical somewhere than doing something important in here.
It's nice that you are keeping it going. Thanks for all the time you spend on this message board. These bastages don't appreciate you enough.
