This show is the latest from Adult Swim Comedy with a distinct writing pedigree (Seth Green and the writers from Twisted Mego Theatre) and animation style.

Still though- Gee-Whiz in Kill Bill >>> Boring conversation for 5 minutes that goes nowhere.

Eureka 7- Don't watch it and maybe Adult Swim will hire programmers that don't get crappy anime.

Adult Swim has every right to air Saved by the Bell. But we also have every right not to watch. :smileywink:

I'm very much looking forward to this new series. Mostly because my friends and I used to create stop motion animated films in middle-high school that were amazingly funny.  It was with this really crappy TYCO cam corder that hooked into a VCR.  We had a few live action films with a Blind  Venom and a broke **bleep** Spider man fighting...that, and Barbie Murder Mystery. They were good times. Hurrah for Robot Chicken! And Action League now was great.

according to the schedule no, but it would have been cool if they could have worked it that way.

Seth Green is the man, he makes everything he takes part in that much better.  With him calling the shots, that show is rock major tush.

How about some old school star wars figures putting the smackdown on those new playskool figures? I'm really looking forward to this. The only new comedy shows in forever have been TGTTM and VB. What with this, Perfect Hair Forever, Stroker and Hoop, and Squidbillies(if they actually show it), this could be the year [as] takes charge.

I agree this show does sound a little juvenile. It will probably be funny for the first one or two episodes, but that's about it. Tom Goes to the Mayor on the other hand, is a much more original show, though I can see that one eventually getting tiring as well. I'll watch Robot Chicken when it comes out, but I don't have high hopes.

Is it ALL action figures? No claymation? And Mark Hamill doing voice acting? Guess he's not dead.

I can only hope Robot Chicken is a great deal better than most of the stuff that has been premiering lately. If American Dad and Robot Chicken are both great ones then I'll be happy. Not a lot to be happy about on TV with all these crap anime clones(Teen Titans, Totally Spies,....) and reality TV shows which at least are dying down fast about now since they were nothing but a completely substanceless fad in the first place. Please be good Robot Chicken!...

Excuse me? Have you been in a coma the past 10 years? Among tons of guest appearances and regular cartoon characters, Mark Hamill was and always will be the best voice of The Joker in pretty much all Batman and DC series they have made in the past 2 decades. Also you'd want to mention that the original FOX Batman the Animated Series that he was in has won a like 4 awards. He's not dead, but I did hate Star Wars :smileytongue:...

Well there's this little thing called memory. It helps to use it because when you do you can recall certain things. Such as Mark Hamill has been in many voice acting roles continuously for many years up to 2005. As well as batman he has been in many DC series such as the Superman series on the WB, and Justice League in the same exact character. And if you'll notice I said all this before yet you pick out one of the first examples I gave and give the reason that no one would remember him because they haven't watched that one series. Please if you're gonna use a "dirty trick" in speaking, make sure you always execute it this poorly so I can pick it apart again...

if any of you have ever read toyfare you would probably have a better idea of what the show will most likely be like. now i'm pretty sure that it will be something like the "twisted toyfare theatre" section of the magazine which features old mego figures mixed in with a variety of action figures, finishing touches by photoshop. it's usually pretty funny and i'm looking forward to robot chicken.

haha, Batman, ok. Go Mark Hamill. Guess he's not homeless after all. Last night I saw the episode of the Muppet Show (on rented DVD) that Mark Hamill starred in. Not too good. Anyway, enough about Mark Hamill :smileytongue: And Star Wars was freakin awesome!

edit: I am too mean to Mark Hamill. He is Luke Skywalker after all. It will be cool to hear his voice acting on Adult Swim.
