Why is this clown shoe of a show still on?

I think Seth Green sold his **tut-tut** to someone to still be on sundays.

Isn't this like the gajillionth time they show that stupid headless ponch ep? WIth DOm Delouise and Burt Reynolds.

That's the good part.

15 minute shows + two shows a night [Monday to Wednesday and Friday] + another episode on Sunday = mega recycling of schedule.

Unless somethings changed, the Mon-Thursday schedule, the Friday schedule and the Sunday schedule are all separate runs which means that they do occasionally sync up for the same episode to show three times in a week.

New episodes in October should start stretching things out again. Release of RC : SW III on DVD may also add to the schedule feedings.

Because about 85% of its viewers use pot to make it more funny than it actually is.

It's Shake, MASTER Shake.

That's why Matt & Seth did "Titan Maximum" since they didn't want to be best known for a show that appeals almost entirely to drunks & druggies.  TM was thier first show for sober audiences (after the 2nd half of RC's 5th season, the'll definately resume TM)

Clown shoes are great for sneaking into a movie theater.

You just have to trust that whoever is wearing them doesn't have raging foot rot.

The point is this: the baby-boomers should have read to & disciplined thier kids, thus preventing a generation from having short attention spans that contribute to RC's success.  My parents are the exception: boomers that did read to me & discipline me to make me a good boy.

Hypothesis no good. Please try again.

The youngest age in the target demo are like the children of the children of boomers, the dawn of the Technobrats who have never known life without internet, instant entertainment, and 100+ channels of nothing on. On the high end, you have the children of the 80's who were old enough to actually remember 1980-1989 inclusive, a time when there were real cartoons on Saturday mornings on all the over-the-aire channels, there was a rich market for toy tie-ins on numerous levels because how else were you supposed to continue those Saturday adventures the rest of the week, the rise of D&D games [with their research intensive backgrounds] and the greatest thing possible was either having a video player or a Nintendo because the internet hadn't escaped from it's governmental position yet. You had to make your own adventures.

For myself, I wasn't read to all that much but I was beat on, especially if I was caught reading. I remember a lot of the toys used in RC mainly from the commercials during Saturday morning cartoons because toys like those were mostly a luxury. As a supposed adult, I frequently read books, thick ones that often have no pictures. Sad but true. If I'm working on a project, I can focus on it for hours without even realizing how much time has passed.

And I watch and enjoy Robot Chicken.

Whoops, sorry 'bout the mixup!  It's just that I like to enjoy 80's nostalgia without irony.  I watch VH1 Classic to get my fix of '80's music videos (that & VH1 Soul's "Soul School" video block)  I often don't laugh at them unless the artist is using humor.

Also I'm still waiting on season 2 of TM.

I don't think you can have 80's nostalgia without a sense of irony somewhere. There's so much that's just sooo cheesy. :smileyvery-happy: But that seemed to be kinda the point - to kick back and just exist no matter how neon your clothing or how much hair spray you used on your hair. :smileyvery-happy:

Fingers crossed on my end too about Titan Max.

80s nostalgia.  That's why it's still on.  Hasn't been hilarious in some time, but neither has much of AS.  My problem with the show is partially the recycling of ideas, but more so the show's failure to actually use action figures and to use claymation instead.  Oh well, it's better than anything Tim & Eric ever touched.

Any character[s] in particular that you didn't care for in a more claymation form? Some characters never had action figures though or the types of toys there were of them don't lend themselves to decent stop motion. I'm thinking of the smurfs off the top of my head and maybe Snarf. Those toys had crap mobility if they had any mobility at all.

Frickin' Tim and Eric 'touched' one of the episode commentaries in Season 3 and I guess it was so craptastic that it was blanked out from the sale copies. :smileyindifferent: The commentary audio just cuts off midway through. Sucks. If they want to erase things with their presence, they can go roll on the master copies of their own shows.

Wouldn't they also have to destroy every copy of the DVDs of their show and everything they've ever created, kill everyone who has ever seen even a small part of what they have done or who they are, and then kill themselves in a place where no one would find them?

Again, just going with the most reasonable route. It also seems odd that the commentary would still be on there even midway, since if they were so craptastic, you think it would have been completely blanked...unless their crap is so fantastic in its crapiness that it would could not be completely extinguished by the RC producers alone.

But again, I take it that's why you commented on it...because you might feel that they are a waste of human lives.

oddly enough, the transitions on CN's MAD are smoother that the "channel-surf static" cuts of RC (many of which happen before the joke has a chance to get funny) & '90's hiphop clothes are more laughable than '80's fashion (which appears to be on the comeback)   So laughable that a song called "Pants on da Ground" became a YouTube hit last year & is still downloaded.

No, the complete destruction of the Master copies is fine. I've seen what happens when all that remains to make copies is a copy - things deteriorate and become only watchable by the truely devoted or truely insane. Early Doctor Who episodes anyone? :smileyvery-happy:

I think that those twits went so blue that the only thing that could be done after listening to the results was to fade out the commentary for that episode and the RC peeps weren't able to go back and do something new for the episode.

I think that they are a waste of WS resources. What they do with their life outside of the [as] realm is their own concern.
