Trey Parker in Saul of the Mole Men

I noticed a familiar voice in a song during Saul of the Mole Men, after checking the credits I found out it was Trey Parker.  Now that South Park is over will Adult Swim team with the South Park master minds?

No. It's not cancelled. Just rumored. And to the OP. No, Saul of the Mole Men and Tim And Eric both have connections with "celebrities." They have their buds like on TGTTM doing friendly cameos.

I just noticed Trey's voice is the quick voice over "L'il Hitler" on Robot Chicken.  And wouldn't it be a good idea for Matt and Trey to team with Adult Swim after they end South Park which is supposed to be soon?

South Park ending?  No way, it's still Comedy Centrals highest rated show, even after 10 seasons.  They would throw whatever money Matt and Trey asked for to keep it going.  Granted it's not as funny as the old episodes (Like the Towlie ep, probably my favorite 30minutes of t.v. of all time) but it's amazing that I can still laugh at a show after 10 years, that just shows that Matt and Trey are very creative guys.
 
As for Trey's involvement in Saul, a lot of people don't seem to realize how interconnected the comedy circuit is.  If a comedian thinks someone else is funny they'll tend to try to help that person out.  It's all about doing something funny, not the money or the networks you work for.  Comedy Central is adult swim's biggest competitor and still Trey did this, what does that say?

South Park isn't over at all, guy.  They're contracted for at least another two years, which is always how they've done it.

Thats just the contracted 11th season. After the 12th season CC will have the choice to renew it (which there is a 80% chance there will be) and Trey and Matt will be asked if they wanna renew. So, SP has been on a LONG time, so we won't know if T+M will wanna continue or not. So the pressure is on T+M, not CC.
