You can probably buy any item you want, they'll just kick you out after you check out if it drops you below A-crat

If you're taking Stimutax you have to post for certain, the price goes up after the first "purchase" see?

Exclusive Pro Shop Membership allows the owner to shop at the Pro Shop regardless of rank.  So even if they drop below "Aristocrat" they can still shop if they want.

yes, if you try to buy something you don't have enough xp for, they won't sell it to you, and if you drop below "Aristocrat" in xp without a membership, they also won't sell to you.
