As part of an EPA initiative to "adopt a sea creature" Murphy is throwing a shark party.  He has begun pumping chum into the ocean to attract sharks, which he then intends to adopt, domesticate, and use as guardsharks for Sealab, and then phase out Marco's department entirely to save money, which he has earmarked to start a new "kelp pudding" enterprise.

There will be free meats, booze (but no open bar), and shark party games. 

That is all.

This was the big Barnacle attack thing that went on for days.  It started out as a shark party.

stormy was supposed to chum the water but instead threw syrup in the water

nothing kills more boats on the sea than floating containers right under the top of the water,yet invisible.

people think they've been hit by a whale,when it's really a container missing off some large freighter lost in a storm.
