They should air Bakemonogatari.  And kinda fills multiple genres and would be awesome on [AS].  But I don't even actually know if its licensed yet.  I'm assuming it is.

Kobato, 24 episodes. You won't have to worry about nudity or naughty words (assuming it actually gets translated at some point)... which I'm aware cause issues with some anime series. It's already finished. Lighthearted comedy up until the last few episodes.

I can't find a thread for non-anime comedy suggestions....

They need to do another recut show like Sealab, Space Ghost & etc. When was the last time they made a new one? Those are a lot of their best and funniest shows.

My suggestion: DINO RIDERS. Come the freak on, you know it'd be brilliant. Licensing would probably cost 5 cents and there's a world of lawlz to be had with a group of spacefighters waging war by manipulating dinosaurs.

Personally I didn't care for it, the concept was interesting but it hardly gets into it at all, its like Sora no Otoshimono manga too much silly not enough of an actual plot.

Baka's creepiest thing was this guy who looks like his twin sister, guys were fawning over him, they had him cross dress, when they could just pay attention to the one that is actually a girl. That is really the definition of Baka there. Baka means stupid, anyway its a very weird not getting to the plot kind of gag anime.

Soro no Otoshimono had great prospects but the chapters get into things that dont have to be brought up. Plus the running gag about these contests and Tomoki getting stiffed at the end every time got stale fast. There is quite a bit of rauchy humor in this but again how the gags end get redundant that you don't really need to pay complete attention to follow what goes on.

Well thats my opinion, but if you want comedy those qualify.

I too think that [adultswim] should bring back an older and familiar lineup of tv shows. Maybe shows like ruroni kenshin and dragonball, Idk something action packed for the saturday action nights.
