Then High School of the Dead is the show you've been waiting for! Oh, and did I mention that it's produced by the legendary Studio Madhouse? The same Madhouse who brought us quality [as] programming like The Boondocks? This is a show too good to pass on.

Oh gawd, if this could just replace one live-action show, I would be happy. Plus, it's made by Madhouse, and [as] has good ties with them and has had good luck with their products. Those reasons should be enough to make someone at [as] consider picking this up. Plus, if no one has the license yet, [as] could pick it up, dub it themselves, and make bank on the DVD sales.

Inyuasha, kekkaishi, bleach, family guy, robot chicken, boondocks, and american dad. Then add HSotD then youll have the best line up in years...

No, no Kekkaishi. Sacrifices must be made if HOTD is ever gonna get shown. And if that means dumping an anime title, then Kekkaishi gets my vote for the axe.

Anyway, based on money, [as] would have to let go of an anime property in order to get High School of the Dead. And it would be between Kekkaishi and Moribito (which I'm not even sure if [as] still has the rights)

kekkaishi would be the last to go right now, they just bought the season and would lose money if they took it off. Its more likely that they would take off one episode of gits or cowboy bebop.

Well I'm referring more to the money situation. It requires money in order to get and keep a license to a show. And if [as] wants HOTD, then they would have to give up the rights to something, unless HOTD was extremely cheap.

I'll agree that delocated and childrens hospital need to go. Really, [as] needs to get something anime to show every night. Hell, does anyone have Ranma 1/2? There's enough eps of that that it could be shown 5 days a week and we would still take forever and a day to get through it all.

But I digress, [as] really does need to get High School of the Dead. It's just way too awesome not to be seen.

I think a show like High School of the Dead will help put the "adult" back in [adult swim]. God knows it could use a little more adult content. Everything [as] has right now is seeemingly TV-14 and under.

And I wouldn't worry much about it Ciddy. You should be able to manage getting it through. I'm pretty sure the mods are so backlogged with icons, that they'll allow anything that isn't patently offensive.
