Nothing 100% possiblity other than you being unreasonable with demands but Manga Entertainment leaves their dubbed anime streams up for years. They wont have the rights to Monster forever eventually those rights will revert back to Viz Media who brought the show to America or they'll end up reverting to the Japanese owners.

Yup, nothing stays licensed forever. Eventually the show stops selling (If new fans don't get into it.) and isn't worth keeping in print because it causes the company to lose money. Sad but true. For the Japanese companies, that doesn't happen, but their shows don't stay in print, and they don't really have print-on-demand.

I just talked to the Admin there about a few account problems

and with the sopa bill coming into play he told me that all streams they have will be locked
