Now that I think about it, this is a good way to turn someone down who's just asked you out, especially if you're a hot, hot girl or something:

"You have a -1% chance of going out with me. Yeah, I said that right. 'Negative one'. As in, you have 1% less chance than no chance whatsoever."

Holy crap, I made myself sad typing that. I mean, that's really cold!

Another acceptable way to use negative percents would be like for entertainment value, where 100% would be awesome, 0% would be boring but inoffensive, and -100% would be "OMG why in the hell did I watch that!?"

Someone on the Viz Media Naruto forum stated that they read a question posted to a Viz Media employee about Shippuden on DXD on FaceBook or something and the response was something along of the lines of "from what I've heard they did not renew the series for the new season"

I do not have the FaceBook account/picture of it/whatever in question to absolutely prove this. Just the person's word of reading it.

That's believable enough but even if Disney doesn't have beyond episode 100 or 104 or whatever point they stopped buying them, they probably still have the broadcast rights for a while longer. As much as a year or two. There's nothing Adult Swim can do about that.
