Go on YouTube and look up "2 in the AM PM" to see what J. G. Quintel's Regular Show could be like on Adult Swim. You're bound to get some good laughs from it.
I like Regular Show just how it is though and I wouldn't want it to be more crass. The earlier episodes threw in some light swearing and substitution swears and they just felt out of place overall and I'm glad they stopped doing that. I think the show is much better off as an all ages comedy that can be watched by kids and adults. When RS ends then maybe Adult Swim should get a show from J. G. Quintel but Regular Show shouldn't be toned up and brough to Adult Swim. I think we all remember how badly Ren and Stimpy turned out when Viacom tried to do tone that one up. A little restraint can be a good thing. I'm amazed at what some episodes of Regular Show got away with and I'm sure the writers have plenty of freedom as it is.
