Progamapolooza is just something for the board that a mod (or perhaps a few mods) cooked up. Adult Swim had nothing to do with that as those mods do not work at Williams Street.

You should try to win one of those BK viewers pick contests. If you won then you'd have the power to program a full night of Adult Swim with any show they have (but not shows they don't have because of rights issues). You could get a full night of anime out of it though. Can't say I would use that power to have a full night of anime myself. I like a lot of comedies that Adult Swim hardly ever plays anymore and I'd get them to run the pilots of Welcome to Ettingville and Korgoth along with a full marathon of Perfect Hair Forever just for kicks and grins.
