the big man himself jebus comes to earth to set things strait for 2012. He is jebus by all rights but can only preform mericals for true belivers in him. as such after he arives he is arrested sent to an asilum then relesed back on to the streets. Now knowing there is no way of saving humanity he leads out one of our "normal" lives. sillyness and all sorts of nonsence happen to our holy hero. along the way he meets a girl and the show ends with her finding true faith in him and thus the salvation of humanity.
