And yes, Glen used to have a different voice, but that's beside the point.

 

In the Vol. 1 DVD, it's clear that Glen's wife is not Glen's wife but the wife of another man.

 

And what happened to that man?  Watch Satan sing "Hoofprints".  It's that man!  Satan tempted that man with cocaine into a divorce...and then Glen stepped in.

 

That's called "continuity".
