Built in an active volcano,Superjail!is made up of dangerous criminals, fantastic creatures, and a prison warden who has gone bonkers over the years with his crazy mechanisms and irrational schemes. The infamous complex routinely has riots and murders, and while the criminals ofSuperjail!may escape time to time, their horrible crimes eventually bring them back. Created by Christy Karacas (Cartoon Sushi, Robotomy) and Stephen Warbrick (Beavis and Butthead, Celebrity Deathmatch), and produced at Titmouse Studios in NY, the series uses flash animation to create traditional animation gags that move at a dizzying pace. During its second season,Superjail!ranked #1 in its timeslot among adults and men 18-24 and adults 18-34, and was a top 10 show among adults and men 18-24, according to Nielsen Media Research.

Adult Swim will support the release ofSuperjail! Season 2with a consumer marketing campaign targeting fans of the show and the network. Thirty-second television ads will be featured on Adult Swim, while online advertisements will also be featured on AdultSwim.com as well as other appropriate, fan-targeted online sites.

I'll be turning 27 on the 13th of March, so I'll be getting both this and the first season DVD together.

First season is really cheap now. And I like how the second season cover emphasizes the main characters, indicative of the direction they took.

Woo-Hoo ! Today I recieved a copy of the DVD. Lots of extra features. I'll be checking them all out later today . . . .

Is it uncensored this time? Last season's DVD was censored...

  This time it is uncensored. I just watched an episode ( Gay Wedding ) that had some 'bad' words. Haha!

 Well, the dvd came out a couple of days ago. I thought this area might be a bit active.

 I watched as they aired. I've also wacthed all of the episodes at least twice since I got the dvd ( last week ). Also checked out most all of the etxras. I loved the second season. Of course, the first season is what made me a fan and I was not too sure about season two at first. Switching animation companies can not work out sometimes. That said, I really started to enjoy season two by the third episode and continued to enjoy it throughout the rest of the season. I can't wait for Season 3!
