As soon as I saw the trailer for Ugly Americans the first thought that came across my mind was "**pOp**, this show looks like its copying Superjails style. I hope it doesn't steal Superjails fans/potential fans away."

 

After some searching found out its being developed by the same studio.... So I guess ill support it. Looks funny enough

It's actually not like SuperJail at all. The characters aren't cooky and the overall feel is much more tame. The only thing is that a similar lineweight technique is used but by no means is it a SJ clone. It's quite funny in a different sense. Thank you for the support! I hope you enjoy it.

for some reason i am disappointed it's not on [adult swim]. It looks sweet as hell. The character design is awesome. Can't wait to see it.

Yes, they do keep themselves busy.  They are also based in New York, but I haven't been able to locate them yet.  However, I am looking forward to more episodes of anything that they produce.

I think they're based here in Brooklyn, which adds to my feelings of 'urgh' over the fact I'm not working for them. I remember when I found out Venture was produced in Manhattan, I was shocked, had no idea.

I feel Ugly Americans is too tame to have been on AS and Superjail too crazy for CC. Both awesome shows and looking forward to upcoming eps. This show will keep me entertained til SJ comes back.

I am a radical and believe CC was losin' hellathunda and Super Jail was picking up steam and they tried to buy it but AS was all like 'ell nah you gotta get 'em to do another show you ain't gettin' Super Jail bitchez so COMEDY CENTRAL(more like C'MON AREYOUSERIOUS) Paid the man and the man wisely took the deal to destroy them from the inside.
