but isn't it ironic? He's living in a world most of us would consider a better place to be than Paradigm, if we were originally from there, yet for him it's like being trapped in a sort of hell since he serves no purpose.

If you listen closely, there are 3 versions of that theme in this episode: an acoustic, a piano, and an electric rendition.

I can't say enough how happy I am that this show is back on the air! It was my favorite anime before Gurren Lagann (which was in turn replaced by Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) Too bad they can only show the 2nd season.
