Oh wait, I get it!  Vera and Gordon (her own dad)?  Tell her she's a memory, that she's not human.  But it could be that this Gordon is not the real Gordon, or he's counterfeit or something, because apparently Angel really exists, and Roger Smith does as well.  But then they get trapped in this illusory world and end up denying their own existence, or something.  And it seems Paradigm City really IS just a giant holodeck...or something.  It's really, really hard to know exactly what the heck is going on in this series, and its uncrackable mystery (the "reset button" theory seems to be prevailing though) is what makes it a true Anime Masterpiece.

Oh well, on to another Masterpiece, Cowboy Bebop!

Ugh: the fecal material known as FLCL is coming back???  And replacing one of the best animes in AS's lineup?

One of the most disappointing anime collections I've ever seen.  Even worse than Cake-ishy, where the chief evil bass-turd starts sounding like a priest when he's talking about using his worm(s) on the primary adolescent male protagonist.

Yeah, and Angel's fake parents and brother told her that nonsense cause they knew she was a real angel and could reset the world after The Event,and they wanted the world for themselves, so they tell her she's a memory. But her dad, when he sees what a monstar his son turned into changed his mind and told her the truth, thus enabling her to reset the world.

Anyway, I wonlt forget about Fooly Cooly. I saw a bump for it too tonight! 6 eps of a hilarious parody, sure to lesve ya wide awake for Bebop.

And yes, there was a bump about FLCL tonight before Squidbillies! (Most advertising I've seen for anime in a while, but that's another story!)

Thank you. That thought entered mymind the minute I saw those marks on her back. Then when they turned into wings it kind of confirmed it for me. Also the fact that she was drawn to the Church a lot.

Of course seeing as how the third season nevr got made,that's the best theory we got for now.

Yeah I couldn;t believe I actualy saw a FLCL bump! I couldn;t beieve it when they advertised fo the new seaons of Brotherhood and Bleach and now Fooly Cooly! Maybe they're FINALLY listening to the anime fans!

They've been listening to their anime fans for quite some time actually. They probably just decided advertising them could pull in bigger ratings (If so, they should have realized this sooner). Though this is definitely some of the most advertising I've seen them do for the anime. Back in like 2008, I'd rarely see stuff like this.
