I just wanted to say this show is so true. Ive noticed on the boards that people thinks its racist. Its not racist. Its just that true. True and hilarious.

I never just watch it but ill catch it every now and again and EVERYtime i laugh. Hard. Just wanted to say that its amazing. Point blank.

Idk about everyone else but I too do agree that the whole Thugnificent episode IS HILARIOUS!! I haven't seen anythin this funny since G.H. W.Bush puked at the Japanese prime minister..**sigh** Priceless times!!

There is NOTHING amazing about the boondocks! It is blantantly racist in everyway. I'm a black woman and the Boondocks is not true at all! It may represent some black people but definitely not all of us. I personally am not uneducated, stupid, or lazy. I don't speak with ebonics and no one in my family does either. I also don't use the N-word at all and neither does my family. Most black people find it offensive especially the educated ones. Every racial sterotype and word depicted in the Boondocks are the same excuses they used against black people for centuries and we had no legal rights of any kind. Now it's been shoved down our throats so much you have people like Aaron McGruder who accept it. And any one that says the Boondocks is true and represents all black people are F*ing idiots!!! The Boondocks is the reason why people don't believe that the N-word isn't a bad word anymore when it is. And the word itself makes me physically ill. And black people trashing on black people doesn't make it any less racist. Black people have had racial issues with other black people from bloodline to skin color forever. And it was racist then too.

And I'm a democrat and I think Sarah Palin is an idiot. And I can take a joke, the Boondocks takes it too far. It's not a subtle joke here and there. Or a carefully placed in "your face" comment. It's N*word this and N*word that. And all black people are monkeys and they are lazy and good for nothing. And I grew up in a very racist predomintetly white upscale community and I've dealt with everything the Boondocks talks about. And its disturbing and disgusting to see black people embracing thoses things and confirming them. The Boondocks is the same reason why a tea party supporter can win Deleware. And the tea party is the one who put up pictures of Obama as a witch doctor, called him a monkey, and a N*gger, and compared him to Hitler and the Holocaust. But yet they can win a seat in Deleware with open in "your face racist, I hate blacks" attitudes. And that's because we are the only nation of people who does this to ourselves to this extent and embrace all of these racist attitudes. And that's why no one ever respects us or listens to us because we show that as black people we don't even respect ourselves.

Shut that lame **NaClO** up. And I read somewhere where somebody said the boondocks animation isn't that good. What the hell, their animation is awesome, especially in the fighting scenes. Season 1 wasn't all that good then it got better and better. Season 3 was very detailed and well put together.

I just love how everyone here just ignored Navaah. Navaah, anyone that thinks a cartoon can sum up a group of people perfectly needs to have their head examined. I'm sure everyone here knows that not EVERY African American is like that. I lived in a mostly African American area most of my life. My school was about 75% African American and I can say that I can relate to a LOT of what is in Boondocks. I like it because it reminds me of those High School days, and I'm white. Many of my friends are black and I run with a pretty mixed group. We all love Boondocks. One of the African American guys in my group is from the North and lived a life that sounds a lot like yours. His speaks proper English and is one of the most intelligent people in my group... and he loves Boondocks, because even he can relate to some of it. The point of a cartoon is to over exaggerate things and I'm sure everyone here understands that. Yeah, they can relate, but they know it is not EXACTLY like real life. It would be crazy to think it does.

Navaah, you just don't get it. I'm sorry but most black women don't & that's why Aaron & staff walk on eggshells when addressing black women & their faults on the show. You can sit here & act all high & mighty about the show. If you live in a city like Chicago, Washington DC, Philly, Atlanta or Detriot & you don't see the types of blacks Aaron is talking about then I really don't know what to tell you. Ni99a Moments are very real, Black on black crime is very real, Riley Freeman in their 20s & 30s with no education, no employment & state slavery is very real. As a black man I totally get The Boondocks & who Aaron targets. Sorry if you do not.
