As of now, I don't think so, Id be very shocked if Katt Williams returned, that guy has a lot going on, I hope Katt Williams can get things together. A Pimp Named Slickback were surely needed in Ebony Brown episode.

Yeah, he seems to like slapping people now for some reason. I remember reading (where, I don't remember) that he was being contacted before the beginning of the third season, but nobody was able to reach him.

Katt Williams has had a lot of negative press lately. If Aaron & staff can get him for an episode or two than fine, but I think we have a better chance of Rollo Goodlove or Gangstalicious showing up in season 4

I think there's a very good chance that Rev. Goodlove may be back, or at least there are plans for him to be in the upcoming season at some point. Cedric Yarbrough was trying to contact Cee Lo Green about the show back in October.
