The Eric Andre Show is complete ####. I'm a firm supporter and fan of Loiter Squad and from all the hate on their forums should be moved and directed at the EA show. Truly a wastely piece of #### other than Hannibal, Erics crashing and going crazy intro, and that's it.

This show stinks.

I get that they are going for parody--and apparently pastiche--but that does not mean that it is automagically good. It still has to be funny This show is not.

Comparisons to Tom Green and other shows do not make much sense. Tom Green existed before the intarwebs. There was no YouTube back then. People had to pay for airtime, rely on public access channels (which Tom Green did; he was not paid to make his first show), or release video tapes (ask your grandparents, children). Now people just go to YouTube and release their ####ty "show." Even "Space Ghost: Coast to Coast" would likely not do well now. There is just too much like it available instantly. Some is good; some is bad. But there is a lot competition there.

"The Eric Andre Show" is #### that belongs on YouTube or some other video sharing website. It is not clever.

It airs because Adult Swim does not really care about ratings. It is like FX. FX airs "Louie" and that dog show even though ratings are pretty dismal ("Louie" gets less than 1 million total viewers). These shows are cheap to produce and they will continue to air as long as someone watches.

Some people may like this show. Fine. Some people also think that "Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job" is funny. These people do happen to be retards though. Society generally does not allow retards to determine standards of greatness.

Wilfred was the highest rated comedy series premiere for FX, and continued to do very well throughout it's first season.

Most original scripted shows on cable don't get higher than 1.0. Yes, Louie's ratings were less than stellar last year, but it isn't expensive and it recieved a LOT of well deserved critical acclaim. It's only just beginning it's third season this week. There is room to grow. It's Always Sunny had pretty lousy ratings for two seasons, and now it's one of the few shows on cable to have a syndication deal.

But other than that, you make good points. Like the "Anyone who finds something funny that I don't find funny is retarded" point. That's a really good point. Not distasteful and downright ridiculous at all.

It's not like there's some algorithm out there that will award some Tim & Eric fan once a few key code words are detected. Same goes for any other show.

pro-tip: tons of people who watch this & Tim & Eric don't do so whilst inebriated. I hate stoners myself, but love these shows. is it really that hard to understand the concept of surreal & anti-humour?

As an OLDER person who is employed and not a stoner. I watch Adult Swim as it has some funny shows. Squidbillies, ATHF, Family Guy and Robot Chicken. Now I have seen a few of the Eric Andrew Show, and it is NOT FUNNY AT ALL. Neither is Loiter Squad or the Children's Hospital Series.

As someone who is into comedy, and thinking African Americans should do the best they can to branch out...Sorry but these two shows are bad, bad, bad.

Adult Swim if you are reading this..Please, please, please get rid of Loiter Squad & Eric Andre Show. They are both HORRIBLE!!!

And I feel like it works towards Check It Out!'s benefit, the only T&E show that I moderately like, but that's because Charles Neilson Riley is a brilliant actor
