I'm kinda confused. I was able to order series 1&2 and boosh live for region 1 on ebay last year. o_O They're all region 1 and have all the bits that are supposed to be there.

Yeah, I ordered season 1 off ebay last year too...but I bought it pretty much knowing it was a bootleg copy, since it was in US format.  The dvds seemed to work on some dvd players, but not on others.  I plan on buying the official US release dvds in July.

well this kinda **♣ lucky charms ♣ ** for me... i already have seasons one, two, three, and the live show on dvd from UK, which only works on laptops, not dvd players. I had to change the zone on my laptop to make it work. And laptops only let you switch the zones 5 times, which is gay. Should i buy the US release or just keep my laptop settings to the UK zone and not use it for US dvds

Just buy a regionless player and play any dvd from anywhere, anytime.  You could have been watching Boosh for years.

This might be a pretty good option for me, I lived a few years in the UK and began loving the comedy style.  There are so many shows I watch online that you can't buy on DVD here in the states.  I wonder how much more they cost though. 

Can't wait until this one comes out, about time.  I think I'll head over to amazon and see if I can preorder it.

This news makes me HAPPY. I bought bootleg copies of series 1 and 2 a few years ago on ebay. Milky Joe never worked and it had a few other minor problems, but I was just happy to have the Boosh on disc so I could watch it on my TV. I let my niece borrow them a few months ago and she cracked them so bad that they won't play anymore.

This is the best news ever! I have been holding out on buying the bootlegs in hopes of them finally being released in the US. I love this show, seen every episode and cannot wait to have it as my own!

I've had the series on region 2 for awhile - well, 'cept series 3, just got that recently - but I'll probably pick it up on Region 1 too, like I did for Spaced.  It makes lending it to people easier! 

And to whoever keeps changing the region on their laptop - stop!  Not necessary.  Just grab VLC from (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/)  It plays most everything you can throw at it, including region 2 formatted discs.  I use it for all of my imported stuff!
