Would you mind messaging me a short story exemplifying their dicks? I mean, dickness. If the answer is no, then answer this: Looking back, how do you feel the show came out? Do you think it's a masterpiece, or exactly what you wanted? Could you have made it better with season 2? Honestly, I've seen the show so many times through Adult Swim I know the episodes too well, and my honest opinion is that the show is just ok. Reading your posts from earlier, I saw you thought there were "too many cooks in the kitchen". I think that would explainwhy the show comes off sort of restrained and bland when clearly it's attempting to be dark and twisted,  but with a humurous nod. Sorry, I have to admit I'm not really a fan of the show anymore, having seen it ad nauseum.

If you feel the way  I do, it is really nothing alike.  I feel Oblongs was a shot a disfuctional families that were so much worse than your own, you had something to laugh at.  Each character had its own unique traits, all undesirable, but you still wanted to see what the family went through next.  No offense to love, but seeing Oblongs made to seem like Tim and Eric has made my head hurt.

You know, I get the feeling he was just messing around with that. He did say he was 72 years old earlier in the thread (wikipedia says he's 34 or 35... they don't even know the exact year of his birth. )

That is great, especially since you are the creator of one of my most loved shows. What exactly was the the Idea behind the Alien Debbie? I was hoping it would of been more detailed. It was still hilarious, I loved when he grabbed her holo boob and she slapped him.

Well, I think this area might end up lovingly wrapped in plastic and displayed as an archive piece once the Con event is over.

But when the boardlands revert to their usual collection of topical shows and ailments, you'd likely be the Treasure of either Comedy Discussion or Incoherent Babbling. But warning on the ol' IB, you'll probably end up mud wresslin' Odin for any sort of royalty title in there.

After reading through the entire thread I haven't found an answer to my question which was one of the first posted.

I asked about how the Oblongs because mutated; Was it from birth or contaminated water or a mutated gene that slowly made them more mutated over time? I would enjoy a backstory.
