Swim Torrent for you awesome try on chugging down a gallon of milk they should release a shirt of you kicking the gallon of milks arse. is there any chance that there will be a rematch? better yet, possible you can show the match again for the hundreds or thousands who signed up a day late? i would love to see this epic battle.

I missed it Live, but the car ride home might have been fun to watch with one of those in Car cameras with sound. Not sure the actual event from what I read earlier is something for the faint of heart.

I hate those Fear Factor shows when they eat all that garbage and get sick.

i honestly think that his strategy was flawed. he should have chugged as much as possible, then had the remainder of the time to pace himself with what was left. it was a valiant effort though, i take nothing away from him. WAY more milk than most anyone could ever drink.

torrent said that he routinely drank a 1/2 gallon when eating cookies, and that was pretty much exactly what happened at the beginning, but the break killed him. his brain started to process how full he was after sitting there for 20 minutes and that was that. by the end, he couldnt even lift the glass! it was funny/sad/inspiring...but, mostly funny.

by the end, he was 85-90% queasy.

i doubt he enjoyed the ride home. everyone make sure and show him mad love cause he did it all for you.

And since I noticed that at the beginning Chip was watching the webcam on the TV to make sure we were getting a good angle, did you record the event?

You make it sound easy for someone to chug milk... Maybe you should be the one to take on the challenge next! (Lol, it'd be interesting to have all of AS's employee's chugging milk and see who would last the longest as Torrent just sat on the side laughing at everyone-- PAYBACK!)

Did he drive home himself? Took a cab? Picked up? Even though I don't drive, I'd be in no condition to even climb inside a car and grab the wheel x.x

As Cycle said, I do think my strategy was flawed.  I should have taken advantage of my good pace when I started and kept going.

Heh, I have a couple half gallons in my fridge that are.... 9 days past their expiration date. When I first opened one for my cereal a few days ago, I got one little chunk. I threw that bowl of cereal out, but the milk was still good. I'll probably finish this half gallon... the other, I'll just leave closed.

And usually I have a bowl of cereal every morning at 4am but I ran outta cereal... And I'm too lazy to go down in the kitchen and check the exp. date

Hey Torrent. I've got an easier challenge for you. I'll give you $50 to drink the unopened half-gallon sitting in my fridge. It's 10 days past the expiration date.

If you accept, I'll mail it to you. Milk does good in the mail, right?

Somehow I have the great milk product preserving fridge - I have heavy cream in there that's been in there for 2 months and it's still good and I've kept milk for at least a month past the exp. date - but then again, I never drink it solo, I just use it to make mac and cheese and stuff, but I won't use it if it smells bad.

Anyway, nice bump updating the rest of the world on this last night - one of last night's funniest
