Too bad this was the heavily-edited version. (The version released on the DVD is 14:24, which means they had to cut out about a quarter of the episode to make it fit the time slot. Oh, well. At least I finally got to see the explosion at the end.)

I...I have failed you...and missed apparently the best part of the night. El FreakOut-O.  I should have finished up the night sitting in the living room but I decided, wrongly, to go park it in the bedroom. I passed out propped up with four pillows during that "Fat Guy" show and a thunderstorm. I woke up with the cat wedged into my lap from that. Funny and sad at the same time. A full pot of coffee, a couple of energy drinks, and I don't know how much of some sort of fruit and pop and sherbet drink [it was green and glowing and slightly fizzy o.O ] and my system still shut down. Ugh.

Oh well, good showing none the less! Brava!

Actually I would see more people complaining if I won and less so from any programming choices made.

I found little to complain about because this was the nature of the contest. It was -Unknown_User- 's win and he got to pick the shows. And I accept the variety of the night and the shows picked because I really have no malice towards the winner.

If you really want to get technical, I didn't care for "Fat Guy" in the schedule because I'm pretty anti-live action programming on [as] but refuse to let that personal hatred ruin the rest of the fun.

Totally! But what good would it be to aim it at -Unknown_User- or the entire schedule when it's not about either of those things?

The schedule chosen as a whole worked out for the night, I think. There was some comedy, some anime, people got to see some shows that haven't been on awhile. It would be impossible to try to please everyone.

Well yea i saw the Space Ghost at 4 and i passed out.

I was bummed about not seeing Fat guy Stuck in the Internet though.

Overall an amazing night.

That blue bump was creepy and cool, it pretty much made you a legend here from now on.

Curiously enough, I count "Ghosts of the Sargasso" as one of my favorite Ventures, and I've always felt that Korgoth was wildly overrated.

Well i have seen that episode like 20 times, and it just annoys me everytime, that screaming guy. *shudders*

now that "IGNORE ME!" guy, thats a loveable character.

and Korgoth probably was and is overrated, but i still think it was good enough to deserve atleast a season.

It was, indeed. A good mix of the old ("Girlie Show," "Explode") and the slightly less old ("Kentucky Nightmare"). Any time I get to see Space Ghost aired on Adult Swim is more than satisfactory.

I missed the first couple of shows... ARGH. I wanted to see Metalocolypse.
But I'm so happy with the episodes of Morel Orel and Venture Bros. you pulled! Man, this is like, my favorite episode right now!

I think if I had gotten the chance you did, I woulda pulled some Venture Bros, Space Ghost, Metalocolypse, Lupin III, Big O, Sealab 2021, Boondocks... Or I'd have a FLCL marathon to show the whole series... Just because I could.
