For too long, CD has been crammed into a tiny little folder and has been given no respect or room to move, while AD has such a big space with so many people; according to my friend, Explosivo, "it's gay." CD demands more space, a bigger office, a watercooler, and a new coffee maker, or we're gonna look for something else and we're taking our clients with us.

If you've ever saved an anime, it takes up alot of megabits. But Comedy is less space so there should be more space for comedy but I see why anime gets a big byte.

But as a President, you need to limit how much you put into it. China is communist and they pass their money around but I have looked into this and noticed that there is too much money in Art and not enough in language studies (this is why they communicate with pictures and not using abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz}.

There isn't an "Other Comedy" because it was judged that there simply isn't enough non-AS comedy cartoons to justify it.  The discussions could go on in Babbling without clogging the folder.  By comparison, there IS sufficient anime to clog Babbling.
