Actually responding to an actual user question reminds me that I do indeed have tons of things to do beside babysit the discussion.

So I'm going to say, let's table it.

For those who have a specific issue with my moderating, please take it to admins, en masse or one at a time if you wish.

I've read all the posts, I really haven't changed my mind on anything.  

I don't really see anything new in the posts except that they've possibly gotten a bit more crass/cruder.

I think my posts are all there for people to read if they care.

So we realllly have to move on.  It's just going on and on and on at this point.

So plz, no more posts on this.

If you want to cry "mod censorship! we demand to continue posting about this same topic for 10 more pages!" you may address those cries to your friendly board admin.

I'm soooo tired.

Anyhow, if anybody has any sort of regular type questions or hijinx, sorry to have shoved you out of the thread with essentially pointless/endless series of the same posts back and forth, plz resume normal posting.

This discussion is about moderator actions and questions about moderator actions. In this case it's about whether or not Luuv handled the situation with Meta corrrectly. It is not a thread about whether or not you believe autism is an actual condition or whether or not you acknowledge that Jeff has autism.

These statement are inflammatory enough that I think it warrants this warning, which I will not post twice.

and they should not because as long as i have known him he has always been a good guy and very fair even when i was not being in any way the same. I dont know why it hasent been pointed out but alot of people have the wrong notion of luvv.. he is actually a big teddy bear.. all this drama has nothing to do with the situation and more to do with personal stuff..

No, he's not. Luuv said it at one point, but he was mistaken.

Honestly...spring is right here. There's nothing to be gained by continuing this, because it's perfectly clear that we're not going to move anywhere by continuing the discussion in this format. (It's also perfectly clear that Luuv missed/ignored my line about no one stating that there was ever a rash of Jeff-related bans, but that's another story.) I've sent a PM to Humbug about the situation with links to the two or three posts/threads in question, and I'd assume I'm not the only one who's done so. Presumably, Humbug will take any (in)action he sees appropriate, so the rest is out of our hands.

the more i read this, a thought comes to my mind...

what if luuv was actually saddy, and jeff was her autistic son? cause it would certainly explain how luuv is only thinking about the "other" threads where jeff was attacked. seeing red as it were. even if it wasn't the case, the level of luuv's anger on the issue, the inability to respond to what people are posting but to the earlier issue (how long ago was this anyway?); luuv has to be close to someone with this issue. its obvious that this is something luuv cares about.

again, i haven't seen these posts in question, so i don't know what was said by whom. all i have to go off of is what i am reading in here... and you're right, luuv isn't responding to this thread, but the posts of the other(s). so treat it like any other aggressive poster, ignore them.

I've gotta add though (and sorry to be directing this at you again) you all have been demanding examples of where you guys said stuff and then get angry when no examples are brought up. Flip the coin and you've got Luuv asking you for examples of where he is showing a biased stance towards Jeff - to which there has been no reply as well.
