and thanks everyone for teling me what mini-modding was.. i wasnt sure if it was like thinkingyoure a mod and stuff.. or just stuff like friendly reminders not to do stuff..
@ forging - yeah, i mean theres nothing wrong with friednly reminders.. most ppl are quite greatful.. sure you get ppl like what cille talked aboutthat one guy.. but for the most part ppl are like "oh ok im sorry ill go edit it" plus ive found out about the rules and the dos and donts about the boards from users, just being around this place and reading wat ppl say and hearing "thats bannable.. or thats against the rules" (not directly towards me butanyone) helped me along the lines.. so not only will a friendly reminder help the person who does something wrong but everyone else too

Oh, I don't in any way want to encourage people to go around mini modding people.
The first response to anything that seems wrong, offensive, a violation, spoilers etc. should be to report abuse.
Just because I have been lucky doesn't mean it is right, or a good habit to cultivate.

I would second or third or whatever the whole context and depends on how it's worded thing with regards to mini-modding. If you are going to come off as sounding like an arse, then you should probably skip it. Same thing if you and the user in question have had issues in the past - they aren't likely to take anything you say as helping them. But anyone that goes into a thread just to tell someone to take their thread to [where ever] isn't really helping. My opinion anyway since that's not contributing to the thread's topic unless that topic literally is to tell people to take it somewhere else.

@ kat - ah ha! he just sprayed on some anti-cabbage fregance to throw you all off! im telling you, hes a mod.. hes totally soph i know it! watch.. next time soph shows up jingy will go "mysteriously" dissapearing... and then when soph goes "missing" jingy will "pop up outta no where" and make up an excuse like "oh sorry i was absent, i um.. you see.. there was this circus right? and they came to town, but thier fre breather got the flue, so as i was walking by.. they happend to ask me if i could breath fire, it just so happend that i could.. for when i was a kid.. my dad was a carnie and showed me how.. so they took me all across country and i was thier fire breather for about 2 weeks until thier regular got better... sadly, they had to go pick up an elephant so they didnt have rom for me so i had to hitchkike my way across the country back to where i life.. yup.. thats what happend to me.. no need to question it"

I don't remember running off with a circus to be a fire breather, but it is entirely possible that I did something reckless like that in my youth.
