What are the guidelines for "RP" or "Role Playing" threads?

RP threads are no longer allowed on the ASMB, as they often descended into chat, and became difficult to moderate.

What is an "RP" or "Role-Playing" thread?

An "RP" thread is a thread in which the posters participated as characters in an ongoing story.  RP threads used to be posted in the Incoherent Babbling folder, but only 5 RP threads were allowed to exist at one time.  RP threads were monitored by "Referees".

RP threads were eventually outlawed on the ASMB after many descended into chat, and became difficult to moderate.

What kinds of shows should I suggest in the Action Show Suggestions folder?

Anything's game with a few exceptions:

Any anime that falls into the category of having content that might be considered pornographic (Hentai titles for example) should not be suggested due to mandates from the Turner S&P and Turner Legal departments.   Such suggestions probably be deleted.

Always search for an already existing thread before posting a new one, duplicate discussions risk being deleted.

What does the "-NT" label next to a thread on the thread list mean?

The "-nt" label indicates that the person who posted the thread did not type an opening post.  So the opening post of the thread contains "No Text".

What font does Adult Swim use for its logo?

"The font we use is called Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold. Bump text is 30 point, the [adult swim] end card text is 24 point, and the logo located in the bottom-right corner of the screen is 18 point."
