This is one of two threads that I have voluntarily floated in the as.com folder. But don't let that go to your head. I think you're the only user I've ever referred to as a "douche" here and that's because you let so much time go between interviews before this most recent one.

So let me get this straight, this thread is for the discussion of what ppl think about the ASMB boards? right? Right.  Now why couldnt you post a list of Q's and have someone simply reply them back, or would that be to chatty?

It's for interviews. It's not a poll. He tends to improvise based on the answers, too. He also asks different questions to different people. So it wouldn't be the same.

I know it isnt a poll, but I was wondering why you couldnt post certain Q's to certain ppl just like you would on AIM. I am guessing because it would get to chatty in here.

Oh, I see what you're saying. Post the questions and answers in real time.

It's easier to read when it's all together without people posting in between. You wouldn't really know when it was over, either. It would be more difficult to communicate, too. With AIM, you just press enter to send the message, and it instantly appears on the other person's screen (There's a reason it's called AOL Instant Messenger). How would he see if the people were online otherwise? It's more simple this way.

Yes, I know this post is a month gone, but I wanna put my two cents in. 

When you are discussing something in a private, two-person conversation, you tend to give answers that you think of, instead of just agreeing with what one of your friends say (often just because they are your friend).

Plus, and booga_ooga noted, it's easier to improvise your questions suited to the specific interviewee based on the answers they give to other answers. 

[Note: a lot of my answers were not as well thought out as they could have been, because I was trying to catch as much as I could of the new InuYasha episode.  >.<  Darn you, hateful!]
