Tim and Eric Billion Dollar Movie

Nobody likes Family Guy any more.  Got old fast.

They've only just recently finsished filming their movie. 

I think the movie will enjoy modest success.  They can sell out tours, so that leads me to believe that the same people will go and see the movie.

I know I'll be first in line!

What I find funny about the people who hate T&E enough to go on the internet to complain is not only that there are so many of them, but that they're all the same.

I'm not trying to be rude, but it makes no sense to ask why is it funny, then when people explain why they find it funny you continue to argue what they've said.

It's hard to explain to someone who doesn't get it in the first place,  when I first saw the show I loved it, I didn't need a reason to like it, I laughed continously and that's all that is needed. I think the problem with America is that they can't accept different things, I'm not really sure why, we have such diversity yet we can't seem to understand why one person likes a SHOW? People take their own beliefs far too seriously, they feel they have to poison people with their views on things. It's so pointless.

There's nothing that we can say to explain it to you when the show is pretty upfront with what they're all about.

But that's what we've been trying to tell you guys all along, of course you understand why China is communist, have you guys not noticed how totalitarian you  all are?

But in all seriousness it is interesting that you point out Communism, since a lot of what you people push around here is setting the show to a standard that you yourself, and people who agree with you understand. That's quite an element of Communism in itself, everything has to be the same, not offend you in its existence and be something that you and a select group find appealing.

Are you sure Adult Swim is a channel you should be watching, almost all of their shows are free from the standards that most networks put on their cookie-cutter shows?

What does cats have to do with T&E? Most people who like cats have a tendency to be IN's  or IS's (in Psychological Personality Types), look at the people who like anime, a majority love cats as well, and chances are most of them are IN's or IS's as well. People who like anime complain about the show quite a lot, yet a majority of them like cats? Uh, oh. Lack of correlation. It's merely a coincidence, approximately 73 million people in the U.S. have cats, so it's not a rare coincidence.

Also if you really put some thought into what you're saying (but since you guys are ALL the same, you don't) you might realize that I don't just have the cat avatar because I like cats, but also because I like a particular show that it comes from, and the scenario that ensued with the said avatar picture.

They don't even air shows about time travel anymore.

For all the reasons I have to hate T&E yall don't have as many to like it.

Other than that you all just like it. Plain and simple.

I shouldn't tell you what to watch. That's wrong.

But T&E took the timeslot anime like FullMetal Alchemist and Cowboy Bebop used to run on.

That's a good enough reason for me to hate it. T&E should air on DVR theater where it belongs.

Robot Chicken is funny. Quirky and different from mainstream "cookie cutter" shows but still funny.

List of the Things I Like:

3.Richard Dunn

4. DL Hart

5.James Quall

6 Cinco products

7. The music/dance numbers

8. The interactions between characters

9Jan and Wayne

10 absurdism

11 Awkward silences

12. The great timing

13.absurdism mixed with horror

14  They don't go for low-hanging fruit

15 They go where other shows don't go.

16. They don't use pop-culture allusions as a crutch.   Their subject matter is completely, wildly original, which makes it even better

17. I like the dialog and the stammering and how Tim and Eric put people on TV who wouldn't be on TV otherwise.

18. I like the editing and the vhs quality of some sketches

19 I like that they geniunely love making shows

But most of all *drum roll* I like Tim and Eric because I like Tim and Eric.  I shouldn't have to be put through a trial or interrogation. They make me laugh.

They just gel with me.  They trigger responses that other shows miss.

The only funny thing about that last one was jimmy kimmels reaction to the "absurdism" and the old lady's.

They're not telling jokes, they're doing it for shock value. They're overglorified clowns.

FYI "The absurd" refers to the conflict between the human tendency to seek inherent meaning in life and the human inability to find any. In this context absurd does not mean "logically impossible," but rather "humanly impossible."

Therefore it's not logically impossible for T&E to be funny but humanly impossible.
