The article isn't bad, but it seems unnecessary. The people I imagine reading it are already those very fans 'already quoting' the film etc. Anyone reading the article because it is in the magazine they get mailed to them will probably see the one line about (CHECK SPOILER BAR) and know that the film (and probably the duo's comedy in general) is not for them - they might feel relief in knowing that they have yet and will never become acquainted with T&E's humor. If anything, it takes too long to say much about anything other than "fans will like this movie - because they already do... Here's hoping this shows the entertainment industry how to give the people what they want". I'm just glad they're getting the exposure they deserve.
