I got the season cinco DVD today and I noticed something different about the Lucky episode.

In the Pierre parts, the boy was replaced with a new digital kid. 

I'm assuming the parent of the child didn't like the episode or the parts their kid was in and wanted him removed.

Maybe the parents changed their mind after production. I know sometimes they have child actors who keep their actual appearance, and then sometimes they alter images of children to distort their appearance. That is odd though, that they changed it after production.

Probably should have had a more solid contract that the parents couldn't back out of.

I've always had ideas as to why Lucky never repeated after the first night.

Kid break boog-boogs.  One of the few gross out scenes that I have actually flinched at.

When Pierre puts on the dream cream, he says "Sh!t's cold!"

Then the dream gets...well, y'know.

Tim rubbing the decaying raccoon corpse on his chest might rub PETA or some other groups the wrong way.

But is it really the boy that's the problem?  Hmmm. 

Just picked up my Season Cinco DVD, by the way.  I love everything about it.  Especially the extended Choices Party Scene and the interview with Reverend Paynus.

I saw that pisode th night it aired and then on the DVD, wouldnt have been able to tel a difference.

Why didnt they just re-air the episode but with the dvd version instead.  And if this episode was taken off the air for other reasons as well, then why not the Puberty scene where tim drinks a pube shake?  (i loved the episode, but still, that part was *funfetti* up.)   Im not too worried about Lucky never airing again because i have the dvd so i can watch it all i want.

what's wrong with the pube scene? you think that's grosser than the poop tube or man milk? or eric's third ball?

Don't let me speak for anyone, but yeah. Hair in food/drink which in turn equals hair in mouth is gross and realistic. Nobody's ever going to go sliding through something/one's intestines (while alive at least). The un-believability of their gross out humor is why its so funny, but when something that is possible happens... just NO.
