Oh yeah, he's done that kind of work before. He was Iago in Aladdan, and I think did some voice work n some PBS shows. 

But him? As TOM? Instead of my beautiful, sexy Steve? No...just no.

I think it would be kinda funny if he ended up playing a minor character in the Toonami universe (maybe an enemy in a TIE), but T.O.M., the star? Hell to tha naw!

I haven't heard the guy's voice work, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say my previous suggestions would all be better: Kevin Conroy, Lex Lang, and the guy who voices Master Chief. And of course Sonny Strait would warrant some consideration.

I like him as Iago but as TOM that would be kinda weird.....I'd say if Steve had a sick day we should bring out TOM 1 and get Sonny Strait to fill in lol

Oh god, I laughed so, so hard. Gottfried is my favorite comedian so I was easily able to recollect his voice.

I think that is a funny, but terrible idea.

Could you imagine them cutting to TOM and then Gilberts voice going: "Toonami's Back Bitches!"

It'd be epic in a suprising kind of way, and in a Gilbert kind of way, but I don't think he'd fit at all for story arcs, game reviews, and bumps.
