Can’t imagine it will do you much good, but people also mentioned sending a letter to the peoplei n charge.

I literally have not been here or posted for years.

I'm old school, baby.

I watched adultswim from day 1, yet I'm not a fan of it anymore.  However the good shows come on about 12:30am every night. 

Seeing toonami on the tube last night warmed my heart and brought a moment of peace to all of the chaos I've been enduring in this world.  I watched it all and I wanted more, and even if it's not going to stick around, I can still die a happy man seeing all of the old material played on tv once again.  I would have been totally shocked if I saw Moltar hosting toonami.  But seeing Tom say "####," really put the cherry on the sunday for this holiday special.

Tom style > Moltar style

Reasons why?  Game reviews and DVD reviews.

Oh and awesome Video montages of the animes spliced together (Outlaw star and DBZ and such)

Anime has lost it's touch on me, but I will openly admit that I would be absolutely motivated to watch anime both old and new if it were approached via Toonami Style.

I will gladly tune into [as] or CartoonNetwork on a regular basis to watch Toonami.

So long as Mr. Blum voices TOM and does the reviews like he did before, I really love Blum's work and I found it ironic Big O came up (Since he voices Bruce), it's wonderful how they brought back Toonami for one night only (perhaps longer?). A tribute to the great moment that brought joy to millions of children and teens and adults included throughout the years until the downfall in 2008.

Toonami was the best I ran home after school every day just to watch it. My favorite will always be dragon ball z. there will never be a show like toonami. please bring it back. at least every Saturday.

Keep sending your support if you want it... I'm pretty sure they don't bother much with the whole feedback posts on the CN website, but if you guys send enough support, maybe they'll begin to notice.

That resonated a lot ith me. People claim subjectivity about a lot of things but the fact that so many people have this sense of nostalgia and love of Toonami and it's programming should be obvious to the folks at Cartoon network.

And it made absolute sense it was on the [adult swim] block seeing as how  majorit of adult swims first fans were probably (like me) big Toonami fans.

One night of the weak is the least they could do (well besides not put it back on at all which would ####), it even be better if it were on Friday and Saturday ( although techically it would probly be Saturday and Sunday sense the runtime are so late).

Even if this was a one time thing it was still cool.

Especiially sense they gave T.O.M. (Steve Blum) the cool Robot Avatar again rather than the Goofy one he had when Toonami was kicked off the air (and Sara was there too).

I HAD ABOUT 50 MILLION ANIGASMS LAST NIGHT!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING LAST NIGHT HAD TO OFFER!! It went from, "I can't wait for anime night!" to "OH MY F**KING GOSH TOO-FREAKING-NAMI!!!!! I'm actually surprised that my account is still good on here, as I haven't even come to the boards in years.  Anyway, I fondly remember getting into anime as an adult thanks to the Toonami Midnight Run blocks that used to dominate late nights on CN before [as] premiered (side note: looking on Wiki for the history of [as] and Toonami, I started watching [as] from the beginning, which makes me feel sad that I don't watch it anymore since I can't stand 99% of the programming)  - I missed a lot of the weekday Toonami runs because of work, although the Saturday evening block was must-see TV in my household.  I remember mourning when the news broke at Anime Weekend Atlanta that Toonami was no more, along with the rest of the con. 

Seeing the April Fool's joke that basically brought back the Midnight Run lineup was a wonderful moment that kept me glued to the TV all night, even though I badly needed sleep (although, with the live action Rurouni Kenshin movie coming out in Japan in August, and considering that the last I heard WB is looking at distributing it worldwide, and since Media Blasters is still around and therefore the DVDs should still exist, showing RK would have been a nice addition - I can't complain too much, though, since I shrieked over Tenchi and YYH (g)).  I have sent feedback online and plan on snail mailing CN as well, as at the very least rebranding the anime block back to the original Toonami Midnight Run would be a wonderful thing.  Sadly, since I'm a 37 year old woman, I'm out of the timeslot's desired demographic, but hopefully all voices will count.  (g)
