Any other anime that's already aired on Toonami or Adult Swim; they've at least been tried/tested, with varying results.
I know many of these are older/already out on DVD/people have already seen them, but each has some action or intellectual focus that'd make them a good fit for a Toonami on Adult Swim block.
Which of these don't have a dub?

Sticking to dubs and excluding already mentioned shows.
Demon King Daimao(english name)
Tenchi Muyo GXP
Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki(english name for Ryo-Ohki part 3 they aired the second to last episode during the revival)
The Legend of Legendary Heroes
Black God(aka Kurokami)
History's Strongest Desciple Kenichi
Record of Lodoss War(for some super old school)
Rune Soldier Louie(for some action based comedies provided someone still has the rights here)
The Soultaker(again if anyone still has the rights)
Solty Rei
Birdy the Mighty Decode(this ones an almost perfect fit IMO)
Rosario Vampire(MIGHT work)
El Hazard(Rightstuf/nozomi has the rights)
Guyver(and yes i mean the 2005 series and i have seen the others the 2005 one ends on a slightly better note and would require less if any censoring thus that one. Plus it follows the manga better than any other versions)
Linebarrels of Iron(again english name)
Aquarion(though this one may be too fanservicy)
Orphen(more old school goodness though by the gods does revenge ####. Also sentai has the rights so it IS available)
Kaze no Stigma
Infinite Stratos(not a perfect fit bit more harem comedy but with some action)
Chrome Shelled Regios
Tower of Druaga
Shakugan no Shana(provided funi still has the rights)
Nanoha(provided funi still has the rights and even then MAY not fit considering the physical age of the leads and the naked transformations)
Now EVERYTHING i mentioned here is indeed available in english(i have them all on my shelf) and other than the possibility of defunct companies(such series are noted as such) should work quite nicely.
As for Bandai. From what i recall it;s that they're ducking out of publishing and their new job is now their original one which was to get series licensed in the US just not do it themselves.
That should be it for me. Though TBH i also feel like I'm missing some. Oh well can always post later i guess. Oh and to the guy who juts linked his MAL pretty sure all that hentai won't fly nor will some other series on there. Might wanna do what some of us do and separate the hentai(even without it i'm still over 14k episodes watched and 506 series seen excluding rewatches i'm almost over 9k. Same username as here if you wanna look me up)

Oh man I forgot about Birdy the Mighty: Decode and Linebarrel! Those too.
Heck, just make a Funimation section of Toonami and get it over with.

To the best of my knowledge:
To Aru Majutsu no Index doesn't have a dub yet, but Funimation's licensed it for NA release sometime in 2012.
Guilty Crown is also licensed for 2012 NA release by Funimation.
I believe all the others in my list have already had NA DVDs/BDs released (not 100% certain about that).

These were the shows I was thinking for a potential Toonami block for Adult Swim:
- Tiger and Bunny (c'mon, it's only the biggest hit to come out of Japan in a long time)
- Inuyasha: The Final Act (need I say more?)
- Eureka Seven AO (sequel to Eureka Seven, a series which Adult Swim used to air)
- Sakamichi no Apollon (from the creators of Cowboy Bebop)
- Eden of the East (one of the most popular Noitamina shows)
- Darker than Black (a good choice if Toonami wants to become Darker and Edgier)
- Un-Go (a cool, if brief, mystery series from Bones. I could see Williams Street adoring Inga)
- Gundam AGE (much better (and darker) than it looks)
- Soul Eater (a shonen series that Funimation spent boatloads of money to acquire)
- Hunter X Hunter (ongoing, could be the next Bleach)
- Gundam Unicorn (an OVA that's beginning to be seen on TV; also hailed as the best UC Gundam story in quite some time)
- Hellsing Ultimate (With Funimation resuming production for the dub, I could easily see this on Adult Swim's Toonami, especially if they want to have a darker image)
Also, I was hoping that Adult Swim could start having late night blocks on Boomerang so they could free up slots for more new shows for Toonami. Saturdays at midnight on Boomerang would be perfect for the classic anime. In addition to moving The Big O, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell: SAC, and FLCL to Boomerang, shows that haven't been seen for a while such as Paranoia Agent, Escaflowne, Samurai Champloo, and Wolf's Rain could fit into those slots as well.

Shows that have been on Toonami, in order of the ones I want back the most:
Sailor Moon
Rurouni Kenshin
Yu Yu Hakusho
And as a nomination that WASN'T on Toonami, if Adult Swim wants to get a bit more unique:
Great Teacher Onizuka (This would fit in very, very well with adult appeal too)
....and people have been saying Ranma 1/2.... I would love that but would never see it cutting through. Too much nudity.

you've probably heard this dozens of times, but sailor moon will never be able to return
I can't remember why, it's either there's absolutely no one with rights to the series currently or the company that has rights to the dub will never allow it to broadcast in america again.

While I know it, a vocal support can help anything, and I want that. I know it will never happen though. The series would definitely need a re-dubbing. And I DO believe that the license has been lost for the anime in America, but if Kodansha can bring the manga back (and they did), I believe someone can do it for Sailor Moon. It's such a shame it went the way it did.

mate... don't shove your beliefs down everyone's throat. You need to respect that toonami will need to appeal to many elements at once. Don't yell at everyone in this forum "show db gt," you need to respect everyone's desires for toonami.

Those should suffice. Kai is just redubbed refurbished DBZ with episodes cut and spliced to remove filler and tone down violence. It is a much better English dub but people who want DBZ back want that old nostalgic dub they fell in love with.
It would take years to play all of DB and DBZ but it would be interesting to see.
well I would like to see DB on tv
since I already seen DBZ and own only the good seasons Cell games season 7 8 9
