We're going to be hard-pressed to see Toonami gain anymore days. Our only hope at the moment is Sunday, but even then, that requires massive rescheduling of premieres and we all know Adult Swim loves their Family Guy.

why short animes?
animuuu gets once a week airings.
A show like Cassherns Sins is already going to take beyond October to finish its run, I believe.
If they acquired a show like dragonball z for example, it would take a few years to complete.

This may seem silly, but how about only playing the first and/or second seasons of a long running series? It provides those respective series' without overstaying their welcome, and fans of those shows can continue to watch the series through DVDs, Netflix, etc.

Once FOX decides to do their late night animation block we could then probably see toonami take over just a little bit.

Yeah its going to be on Saturday I hope this doesn't Toonami any problems. If this were to happen around January Time they should move Toonami up to the Friday block. Plus, FOX might just pull Family Guy and American Dad straight off of Adult Swim so they might as well just move Toonami to air on Fridays I don't think there is any competition during the late night Fridays.
I doubht it will cause Toonami any problems....since it's only an hour and a half long

Adult simw doesnt always get short anime. what about inuyasha and bleach? both 300+ episodes if im right.. FMA brotherhood is 64...I personally don't mind bleach once the filler arc is over. It gets alot better but that won't be for another couple months..

Comic Book issues come out once a month....imagine if anime was like that it would get annoying more so if it was a mini series and it was stretched out over several months
hell Manga volumes come out once every several months.....that's a pain for the fans to deal with

Long anime are really annoying to watch. I've honesly only liked one out of all of them and that's One Piece because the show is just bat#### insane.
