I Just finished this today and i never new how crazy Knives was back then.......**beast**. Well?

I just finished as well. I'm rather curious about Rem's philosophy and its relationship to Vash, to be honest.

I felt it was a really weird avenue to explore where Vash continued to ignore the unintended consequence of letting killers live. It is either a gross negligence on the part of Vash that he would think a murderer who is let go will stop killing, or a complete fairy-tale the writers must have lived in when writing the storyline. I suppose at the end though, that was all completely resolved. In order to save the human race he wants to help, he virtually has to kill at some point to end certain problems that are otherwise unresolveable. Man, even Goku kills at some point. 

Only a few parts did I dislike, and certainly the entire "Global Warming" scenario over why they left Earth was kind of ridiculous. But, whatever I suppose.
