Depending on the volume of Banners we get I was thinking maybe 1 or every two weeks. When the continuation of the season starts perhaps every week for sure. Each banner dealing with last weeks episode and such.

Well, it IS VB announcements, so I'll say that its suggested/preferred links should be related to VB. We are asked to help promote the folders though, so I think depending on the link it could be done.

I dont know how to do that myself. We could also lay the links in "open areas" of the banner where not a lotof stuff is goin on.

I know plenty about graphic design, but very little about web design.

I know how to image map a graphic, but it requires the accompying HTML for when you click the image.

It'll be a LOT easier off just slapping HTML links over the image than to image map it.

It's too much of a hassle just for a banner to image map it.

Especially for free.

The second one would be better suited to be overlayed with the Joy Can/Venturous Stuff links. Using a div container with the image as the background and nested div's for the unordered lists is probably the easiest way to get this done. I created a mock-up menu here. The code for the image/menu is also shown there. If you can't use the code, just use the images.

Here's why it's stretched. The banner image is 500px by 150px and the browser is being told that it is  640px by 280px.

 The code that says <img width="640" height="280" title="by viperxmns" alt="by The_Wizard_of_Truth" should change to <img width="500" height="150" title="by viperxmns" alt="by viperxmns"

Regarding the links, those have to be overlayed on the image. The code I wrote for my image is easily adapted for other images: http://zombiemichaeljackson.net/venture2.html There's the code for viperxmns' image.

edit: [as] could make it a lot easier on me and have RSS feeds for videos and store items.

This monitor is set at 1024 x 768 (not my usual monitor sadly) and the links on the banner are covering the top of the forum, ending right in the middle of the first line for the top floated thread.
