i noticed an inconsistancy w/ the whole PL/Dr. Girlfriend/Monarch thing, tho. in Tag Sale-You're It, we first meet Phantom Limb when he approaches Dr. Girlfriend while she's waiting by the porta-potties for the Monarch. She has her little conversation with him, and the Monarch comes out of the potty as he's leaving, to which he asks, "Hey isn't that Phantom Limb? Didn't you work for him or something?" Dr. Girlfriend then says, "I've never met him."

if the Monarch had henched for PL, obviously he knew who he was. And even if Dr. Girlfriend didn't kno that the Monarch had ever arched for PL, she had to have known that the Monarch knew who he was, since they "met" at his dinner party. On top of that, Dr. Girlfriend says in Shadowman 9 that she doesn't like working for him because she never does anything, all she ever does is stand around. There's no way he could have not known who PL was, and there's no way he could have not known he didn't work for her.

Also, in Trial of the Monarch, while the Monarch is accusing Dr. Girlfriend of being a **h4x3d** he points out that in the book the flight of the monarch there is, "A whole collage of you and Phantom Limb," to which she says, "Fine, I used to work for him." he would have known this already based on the season 3 premiere, and again in that episode Dr. Girlfriend says that before she was known as Dr. Girlfriend, she was Lady Opare and before that was Queen Ophtheria (sp?) w/ PL. However, in Shadowman 9 its the other way around.

I know, those are related to things that happened in season 1 when they had no idea where they were going with the show, but i just thought i'd point them out (tho i'm sure most of you have caught those same inconsistancies already )

I would have to check to be sure, but I believe Phantom Limb's costume changed between the time The Monarch was his henchman and PL's appearance at the Tag Sale. I realize this doesn't address all of the inconsistencies you raised, but I would have to rewatch all of the episodes in question to be sure before I say anything else.

Regardless, I would think he would at least have known that he wasn't "floating."

And, I've noticed some inconsitincies, although I can't say I always put two and two together, so good eye.

the only character that I do NOT want to see make a appearance in season 3 is Bud Armstrong. He does not amuse me whatsoever.

In any other case, this week's episode is "Home is where the hate is"...any takers on what it is about??  I am thinking maybe it has something to do with Brock and Rusty or the Boys???

Judging from the trailers on [AS], it's a Monarch/Dr Girlfriend episode.  It looks like they're getting settled in to PL's mansion.

Oh that's right, I am being silly, I did see the trailer for this week's episode.  I just forgot.  I remember laughing cause the cocoon was attached to the side of the house with a set of stairs and they were talking about not going to Sgt Hatred's party.  He'll probably be licking his wife's toes...ewwwww!

meh.. i guess that is it so far. i cant WAIT for the episode (hopefully) focusing on Brock and Molotov. that is my favorite relationship in the series by far.

i just watched home insecurity again

after hank hits his dad in the face with a fire extinguisher (presumably trying to get the scorpion and tarantula off ) the Doc tells hank to get over this ''freudian phase''. obviously that was a misunderstanding but that made me realize 

in assassinanny 911 Hank really does have a oedipus complex- after he accidentally drugs himself with molotov's poison tipped retractable boot-dagger, goes into a hallucination and tries to murder his dad with Brock's machete (which turns out to be paper maché) because they are both in competition for molotov's affection

i have to admit, i'm a little disappointed that the next episode is going to be a monarch and dr. girlfriend one and not another venture family one. this last flashback episode was great, but i kinda wish he had another episode about what they've been up to in the present before we had another episode on everyone's favorite villian and villianess.

i hope that when this next DVD comes out its like the previous two in that the episodes are in the order they are supposed to go, not the order they were aired.

i suppose because molotov is not the mom my last statement is incorrect but when a son tries to kill his dad over the affection of a woman that is the first thing i think of, and the fact that hank has never had a mother figure in his life and molotov was babysitting them
