No clue, it just came up when I Googled Xavier for the hell of it.
It's my guess that the page is connected to the show,
since there's an Insider with the same name given for Xavier's companies on the profile.

one of my favorite shows of all time.
who could resist a vulgar, alcoholic clown insulting and degrading innocent bystanders?
it hurt so good.

This is a popular misconception. Wonder Showzen was actually created by Fred McFeely Rodgers, known to generations of children as "Mr. Rodgers". At the dawning of the new millennium he started work on a new show to replace "Mr Rodger's Neighborhood", which he started to feel was doing a poor job of educating the youth of today for the world of tomorrow. However, the new show was not yet complete by the time of his passing in 2003. The concept was passed around for a few years until it finally fell in the laps of PFFR, which up to that point had only made a wildly unsuccessful film of a dog eating condiments from a bowl (unfortunately for them they chose mustard, which, of course, is not funny at all). They basically filmed the show from the few original Rodgers scripts, toning down the sex and violence to get it on TV. That is why there are only 14 episodes. When they ran out of original material, they decided to write their own episodes. That resulted in the two "Horse Apples" shows, which were so bad MTV canceled the entire show and had Vernon Chatman and John "Mustard" Lee roundly beaten.

The show is like a mirror into your soul. And by that I mean it provides a reflection of your soul, not that it is embedded into your soul. And by reflection I mean a metaphorical reflection, not an actual one because souls, if they exist, would not have a visible reflection. And that's why the Xavier show is not silver. Because a show that was just silver would not work, even for only 15 minutes. It wouldn't even work as a regular mirror, because of the limitations of television.
But it is a mirror into your soul nonetheless. Only it does not reflect back to you. Instead it makes you post here, and we reflect on the nature of your soul. I can spend time explaining the show to you, but I know it would be useless. I know because I have looked into your soul. Yes. Yes, I have. Shhhhh. It's ok. It's ok to cry. It's an emotional thing to reveal your true self here. That is what Xavier does. Xavier did that to all of us too.

LOL, your posts are getting better and better spejic.
I really do think the show is a mirror though. Someone already stated this but I'll do it again as it's fitting. This is a quote from Alejandro Jodorowsky (surrealist director) regarding people interpretations on his masterpiece El Topo and I think it fits perfectly with Xavier..
"If you're a boring person, El Topo is boring. If you're a special person, El Topo is special."
