Yu Yu Hakusho

The action lineup now is great again but it would be perfect if you brought back yu yu hakusho. That was an amazing show and im sure [adult swim] would get more viewers on saturday nights if you brought it back. Take out ghost in the shell or the big o and put yu yu hakusho at 1 am.

[as] had the series once, heard that Funimation thought it would be better on Toonami.... so it got moved there.... later ratings failed on Toonami and they pushed it to an ungodly hour in the morning..... afterwards, Funimation got it back from CN to put it on their own channel......

That would be cool.  Especially if they kept all the blood and didn't edit it.

They honestly should bring back Yu Yu Hakusho, and im sure if they announced it for a while, a lot of people would tune in even with all the other horrid shows that are on now. i only watch king of the hill and family guy now, yu yu hakusho was one of the ones i actually would wait up and watch for.

They are promoted, they have a night mostly to themselves and they air in consistent slots with abrupt schedule changes. Heck some of the comedy shows they aren't treated as well as those anime. Other than being limited to one night a week, ASA has it pretty good right now. I'd definently welcome an hour of ASA on weekdays though. That's not an unreasonable request in my opinion.

We (people who watch anime on Adult Swim) would all like to see them air more new anime. Some of us are just a bit more patient than others.

Saying something on a message board doesn't tend to do anything as well. How many people on the Adult Swim staff do you think even read this board? I'd wager, not many and if you consider that "ignoring their fans" then so be it but no company make decisions based on what their fickle fans request on a message board.

Ratings are what do something. So if you want more anime get more people to watch the anime on Adult Swim. Barking at them and calling them anime haters isn't helping that cause at all. Some people actually don't watch anime to spite people who act like you do.

I guess that's precisely the problem here. Not enough people to tune in for ASA to get more shows and more air time.

You could maybe get people you know who aren't anime fans to try watching some. Make new fans. That's about the only way the industry is going to succeed.
